Training

Standard operating procedures (SOP) for security guards help maintain an effective work environment by clearly outlining the policies and uniform procedures that security guards should adopt and apply to their daily work.

OJT - On Job Training

Training Guard once located in client place will be observed and developed instantaneously. Training would be offered initially for courteous behaviour and to develop interpersonal skills. New Hope has separate training team for providing basic and OJT training on sites.
